Serves 4
Ingredients: 2 lbs. turkey neck
1 big can tomato sauce
1 green bell pepper
1 red bell pepper
1 medium chopped onion
3 carrots
5 cloves minced garlic
3 potatoes(any kind)
salt and pepper
2 cups water
1/4 cup grated cheddar cheese
Directions: Cut each turkey neck into 3 pcs. Saute garlic and onions for 3-5 mins. Add turkey neck.Let it brown for few minutes.Add salt and pepper.Pour in tomato sauce and water. Let it simmer until tender.Add in carrots and potatoes.When vegetables are almost cook add in bell pepper. Season to taste.Turn off heat.Add grated cheese and stir.
